You want their focused attention.<\/p><h4>How do you get a subscriber\u2019s undivided attention?\u00a0 \u2013\u00a0\u00a0 Use a Landing Page.<\/h4><p>To decide between a webpage or a landing page consider the difference between the two. Web pages are often large with many pages, links, with many call-to-actions; conversely, landing pages are normally one page and may have one call-to-action.<\/p><p><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Landing_page\">Landing pages<\/a> are often clear, brief with a defined call-to-action.\u00a0 These pages often show up on a google search.\u00a0 When designing for a google option a typical Google search layout is shown here:<\/p><p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-2132\" src=\"https:\/\/mailinglistservices.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/landing-page-002-300x176-300x176.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"176\" \/><\/p><ol><li>This section is for paid search advertisements: such as <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/AdWords\">Google adwords<\/a><\/li><\/ol><p>2. This is also a paid search result: These are shopping advertisement<\/p><p>3. Featured Google Pages<\/p><p>4. Organic Search Pages<\/p><p>Because a landing page ranks high on google search they are often one of the first items that the google search engine will display.
