  7. Compel donors to get involved, appreciate what they do by always saying \u00a0\u201cThank you\u201d<\/li>
  8. Invite list members to participate in your events<\/li>
  9. React to news in your field and share with your readers as an update<\/li>
  10. User Trigger email <\/a>to respond quickly to pointed emails<\/li>
